I had the great fortune of staying at this apartment during my time in Tucson between last August and this June, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff were exceptionalâAnaya and Hadi at the leasing office were always ready to assist with genuine smiles, even going above and beyond to resolve any issues I faced after I moved out. Ian, from the maintenance team, handled every small request with impressive professionalism. The neighborhood was equally wonderful, with neighbors who were thoughtful, gracious, and incredibly welcoming to my family. The apartment itself was in fair condition; although there were minor inconveniences like occasional noise from upstairs, the overall experience was fantastic. Choosing this community was one of the best decisions I made for settling in Tucson. My family and I will always cherish the wonderful times we had at Pinnacle Heights
