My wife and I are looking for a place in Tucson, and came across Pinnacle. The apartments themselves appear clean and very well kept. Our 'host' Araceli was pleasant, and did everything to make sure that all of our questions were answered, including follow up to make sure that the application process was moving forward smoothly. Love, love, love this complex!! Today, though I just wanted to take a second to thank Zachery from the maintenance team!! I sent a message over the holiday weekend about a light being out in my kitchen and mentioned that I wouldn’t be available until 10am today. HE WAS AT THE DOOR AT EXACTLY 10AM! And he’s honestly just the kindest! He’s been excellent any time we’ve needed anything! So big, big thank you to Zach!!

We had such a wonderful experience on our apartment tour thanks to Araceli. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. She took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm really stood out and made the process enjoyable. We left the tour with a clear understanding of the community and a great impression thanks to her!

Zachery came by to fix a gap in my door and did it so fast! He was efficient and also very kind while fixing it. I was so appreciative of him fixing the door! Great addition to the pinnacle heights team!
