I moved in and had difficulty getting my internet set up because the company didn’t add me to the schedule. Anaya went out of her way to assist me. She immediately reached out to the company and within an hour, I had internet and TV was working. She is an awesome person that always goes above and beyond to see that the residents are taken care of. Also, I called and reported an item for a work order. Monica took the call and the work order was completed within 24 hours. Everyone is always professional, pleasant and personable. I really love living here.

I moved into Pinnacle Heights Apartments 2 weeks ago. From the first meeting the leasing manager, Hadi, and the apartment managers Ananya and Monica, I felt welcomed and accommodated. I am a single senior female who truly does not have repair skills. I must commend the magnificent maintenance man, Zachery Hains. He has fixed and adjusted every issue I requested to be attended too. His prompt service is also coupled with his charming personality. My 2 Bedroom, 2 bath apartment is modern, spacious and offers great views of the Catalina Mountains from every window and balcony. I highly recommend Pinnacle Heights for its staff, beautiful pools and club house facilities such as breakfast bar, fitness center and Amazon lockers.

I had the great fortune of staying at this apartment during my time in Tucson between last August and this June, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff were exceptional—Anaya and Hadi at the leasing office were always ready to assist with genuine smiles, even going above and beyond to resolve any issues I faced after I moved out. Ian, from the maintenance team, handled every small request with impressive professionalism. The neighborhood was equally wonderful, with neighbors who were thoughtful, gracious, and incredibly welcoming to my family. The apartment itself was in fair condition; although there were minor inconveniences like occasional noise from upstairs, the overall experience was fantastic. Choosing this community was one of the best decisions I made for settling in Tucson. My family and I will always cherish the wonderful times we had at Pinnacle Heights

I recently toured Pinnacle Heights in preparation for a move from out of state. I worked with both Monica and Hadi, and both were extremely helpful with answering my many questions and helping me apply so I'm ready to go when my move happens in a few months. The complex is beautiful, as others have mentioned, it feels like a resort. I previously lived in Tucson for 20 years, so I have a sense of the vegetation. But I spent no time in this area and was pleasantly surprised at the number of trees and the amount of grass on the property. Those were both huge selling points for me. It definitely feels like an oasis in the desert. I am very excited to become a tenant in a few short months.

Outstanding apartment complex. I had friends who lived here and had wanted to live here for years. Now I do and the place is just amazing. Monica and Anaya up in the front office are a pleasure to work with. If you have any maintenance issues, they get right on top of them for you. Zach in maintenance is top shelf all the way. His knowledge base is just incredible and he gets the job done and follows up with you just to make sure. It’s wonderful to live in a resort style community that’s close to everything yet is extremely quiet. No through streets here so there is no traffic noise. Quiet, beautiful and extremely efficient!

We are so so happy here. More than happy to sign another year as it's our 6th year. Monica and the office couldn't be more professional and always handled our needs to a T. Thank you. But this review is going out to Issac maintenance, 5 star is not enough. This guy has skills so talented He fixed the dryer, toilet, dishwasher garbage disposal, some wall items, faucet ect in just a few hours. AMAZING, who ever is in charge of it or the owners I'm requesting Issac is due for a raise. Don't lose this guy. That was just this week. He has taken care of everything perfect for us the last 5 years as well. Not only that, when you need something done or fixed, call the office they fix it that day or the next. We scheduled an appointment for a different day, but due to being limited on time, we actually went in a day earlier and asked if they could show us the property sooner. They said yes, and we were instantly greeted by everyone in the office. Monica quickly went over some available units, grabbed the keys and took us out to see them. The Apartments are quite spacious, with vey nice renovations, in a very quiet area, and with some great views. The Leasing staff, and I do mean everyone that I met, all introduced themselves to us. They were not only very professional, but what stood out most was how welcoming and kind they were. We even got asked if we wanted something to drink multiple times. Monica was a pleasure to be around, and made viewing the property a breeze. We didn’t feel pressured at any time to lease a unit, nor was the most expensive unit pushed on us. Monica showed us all the options and allowed us to make a decision on the unit that would work best for us. I obviously am not a current resident, so I cannot speak on what living here will be like, but if it’s anything like the experience we had with the leasing office, I can optimistically say living here should be great. I highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a place to live. I don’t believe anyone will be disappointed.

Me and my spouse were looking for a new home and started our tour with Hadi who was nothing short from amazing at showing us the property and being knowledgeable and kind. He showed us a few units until we were comfortable with our choice in the tour. Me and my spouse left to go eat and discuss the complex and it was so welcoming we decided to go back and further apply for the apartment, Hadi was fast and helpful with getting the application process started. The next day Anaya was the woman who helped us get all our paper work to move in done in such a timely manner! She kept in contact all day via phone calls and emails to make sure all questions were answered and everything was processed fast so we could move in before the first. She was so pleasant to speak with her personality shinned through the phone before even meeting her in person. The management here is excellent and you can tell they genuinely care about who moves in and how you are treated. We got approved within a day and had issues with my email and receiving papers to get done before move in Anaya and her manager Monica got right on it and me and my spouse were able to go in person and get everything done by end of night and I couldn’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to their jobs. We officially moved in last night and can’t wait to spend the next year and more with this amazing community! The property itself is beautiful even if just looking to view places for a tour make this top on your list of apartments! Update: We have been here two weeks now and everything has been amazing especially if you have an issue maintenance handles it literally same day or next day! Isaac is so sweet and a wonderful worker who always is pleasant when entering our home! Every problem I’ve added has been fixed. He even left a bag of movie theater butter popcorn with his work order sheet for us to come home to my kid was so thrilled (it’s the little things) the way they cater to tenants here is so far unmatched I can’t wait to continue to live here and raise my family here.

I love being back at Pinnacle Heights! I had lived here before for a couple years and then I moved due to my job. But, when I decided to move back to Tucson, Pinnacle Heights was going to be my home again! It is perfectly located in the foothills with Sabino Canyon in walking distance; an outdoor girls' happy place!! You can't beat the views and it is so quiet! No traffic noise, etc! It is rare to find places that offer various floorplans to fit your specific needs or a garage! Monica and Anaya were exceptionally helpful with prompt return responses to my questions and ensuring I had what I needed for my move in. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Heights to my friends, co-workers, family, etc. The gym and pool amenities are more than what I could ask for!! Thanks again for welcoming me back home!! Marie :)

Maintenance staff are technically knowledgeable and when something does need repair, it gets taken care of quickly. I stopped by at the leasing desk on a Saturday without an appointment after a storm knocked out power in a lot of places in the area the night before. The leasing agent Anaya was super gracious and took time from dealing with catching up emails and affairs to talked to me and then showed me a model unit. I told her I could come back later as I live close by, but she said she didn't want me to have to wait. I had a great experience with this unscheduled visit. I didn't feel rushed. The complex is very nicely maintained and nestled up in the hills. I am seriously considering renting there. The only thing that might stop me is that the apartments are not furnished but I think it's typical of Tucson.

Ms. Alvarez explained things clearly and spent a considerable amount of time showing me the property. Customer service was outstanding. I need a handicap friendly apartment. Unfortunately there are only two apartments that would meet my needs and neither could be shown that day. So as favorable as my initial experience was, I will have to return to see the apartments before making my decision.

Me and my boyfriend moved down from CO about 9 months ago, honestly still haven't shaken the fact that we live here, has the best view of the mountains out of all the properties in Tucson. Maintenance shows up the same day if we ever need something. We love it here and its feels like a vacation every time I come home. Office staff are very nice and are willing to help out anytime. We’ve lived at Pinnacle Heights for a little over 2 months and maintenance and staff is amazing. John helped me today when I frantically needed help getting my car unlocked after locking my keys and pup inside. Issac has also helped us, on our second night we had a flooding dishwasher, he found and fixed the problem quickly after hours along a few other minor fixes. I have lived at Pinnacle Heights for almost two years now and love it. If you are looking to live here, I highly encourage. This complex is a little more expensive than others, but you definitely get the most 'bang for your buck' here for a variety of reasons. Between the luxury apartments, well kept amenities, and the quiet community, it's hard not to love it here. However, the top reason to live here is the amazing staff, specifically, the assistant manager Meggan. As soon as Meggan came in as the assistant manager, she hit the ground running. Not only are you greeted by a big smile and caring attitude by Meggan, but you will also get the best care you could ask for. Time and time again, she has proved to me any many others to be informative, responsive, and eager to help with any question or concern you may have. Any time I need assistance regarding my rent, apartment, or maintenance, it only takes her minutes to address and resolve my need! Meggan has always taken time out of her busy day, dealing with a multitude of tasks and projects, to help myself and others. No matter if you call, email, or come in person, Meggan is always there to help! You couldn't ask for a better staff, or a better assistant manager to ensure you are living your best life here at Pinnacle Heights!

I came home the other day and the apartment was hot. I had the thermostat set at 78 and it was 86. I called the office and the assistant manager Meggan answered. She was on it! She immediately called maintenance and the maintenance manager Isaac was over within 30 minutes. Isaac figured out the problem quickly and installed a new thermostat right away. Shout out to Meggan and Isaac. Thank you for you quick response time and excellent service.

After entering into a 6 month lease and completing the lease. I moved out the 18th of the last month, but I paid the entire 6 months. The government contractor ended the assignment . At this time last year the coronavirus made landlords more flexible and ending a lease because one could not pay at the time, mind you I paid the entire 6 months. These people hold me to not giving a 60 days notice and therefore are not being lenient since the alternative could’ve been just occupy the unit for free. These people show no flexibility with myself caring for an aging parent in the unit , but rather put a fight . As stated previously these people offered my a short term lease agreement. In this time of uncertainty, it would be the landlord to stay as flexible as possible. It goes for myself facing an uncertain unemployment market and it goes for these people too. I opted for the middle ground and pay for the entire lease, although I moved out after shampooing the carpeting and physically leaving on the 18th and not the 31st. What entity operates Pinnacle Heights?

Some of the things to consider before moving in: the drive time could be long to other parts of Tucson. The water, trash.. Etc bill is too high & they make you pay extras (HOA and other hidden fees) which ends up being around a $100-$180 in addition to the rent. If you want to stay for a long time, the rent will go up too much. If you don't mind paying a high rent, this place is for you and I would recommend it.

I lived at Pinnicle Heights for about 4 years and had a great experience . I love all the improvements they have made over that time, upgrading the entire property inside and out. The remodeled apartment units are modern and have high quality finishes for an apartment. The clubhouse, gym, and pools are all upgraded and very nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service requests are completed in a reasonable amount of time, often the same day. They host a lot of events and have food trucks come out often, if you are in to that kind of thing. The location is also excellent right down the street from Sabino canyon hiking trails. The property is peaceful and quiet and in a great neighborhood.

Pinnacle Heights is an amazing property. The location and views can't be beat! Cyclists, hikers, walkers and nature lovers will want to be at Pinnacle Heights. Our leasing consultant Javier is amazing. He is welcoming, and helpful. He listened to what kind of unit we wanted and went out of his way to find us the unit that met our specifications. He is professional, respectful and goes above and beyond in customer service for residents' enjoyment at Pinnacle Heights. When we needed some repairs Javier expedited service. Isaac, from property maintenance responded quickly to remedy our plumbing problem. He is knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and kind. Javier and Isaac are stand out employees of Pinnacle Heights! Note: There are some fees that are in addition to the rent. They are monthly. Be sure to ask about the amount. It varies based on size of unit and number of occupants.

I spent about a week touring different apartment complexes around Tucson until settling on Pinnacle Heights. The staff is incredibly attentive to every concern, from a blinking fire alarm light, to a clogged toilet. But that's not why I chose them. The view from the apartment is unparalleled, and if you want to live in Tucson and actually see the beautiful mountains every day, this is the only (affordable, within driving distance to downtown) place I've come across. Also, the staff adores my dog.

I moved to Tucson from Washington state about two years ago, due to a job transfer. At that time, I rented at Pinnacle Heights sight unseen, I have to say that I am very pleased with my decision to rent here. One of the things I love is that they are pet friendly here and I have met tons of other dog owners while walking my dog around the complex. Isaac, one of the maintenance workers has been in my apartment for repairs a couple of times and has always been kind and professional. As far as the office staff, I have had a great experience with the entire staff. They are friendly and attentive to my concerns and always address them in a timely manner. Although there were some challenges we all had to deal with during COVID last year such as the fitness center and the pool being shut down, The manager Monica did a great job of keeping everyone informed as to how things were progressing so we always knew what was going on. Pinnacle Heights is a wonderful place to live and I definitely recommend living here.

Tired of DIY? Let me share with you, the maintenance staff is top-tier. Isaac is the name of the man who was took my work orders and everything has been wonderful. I work from home and he's non-intrusive, highly skilled and incredibly respectful. His workmanship looks immaculate, and not that I was inspecting for problems but I don't see any. If anything, the value of residing here comes from the maintenance staff. You got a problem? They're not just gonna patch it up, they fix things the right way. Isaac didn't even mind me observing for my own personal education and was quite informative about what he was doing also. Professionalism is in no short supply. If you have a problem with the staff here, it's probably your own fault because in addition to being a beautiful complex, it's operated by awesome people, especially Isaac.

My boyfriend and I come from families that served in hospitality and are serving ourselves in the same department. We believe in respect, honesty, and faith. No matter the person or situation. We’ve been here for only about a month so far. And there’s been no complaints so far. In our opinions, you need to have patience and trust with living here (and almost anywhere, sorry people but it’s the same everywhere you go. And if it’s not, then kudos to you, you’ve found a community you’re kindred with. That’s why it’s YOUR home, not mine) if something goes wrong, have patience and trust it will be solved/fixed. Any communication I’ve had with Monica, has been extremely respectful and patient in the process for any reason I have called. If you didn’t like the way she talked to you, I can guarantee you, you’ve fed off a disrespectful tone and response. Respect goes both ways anywhere you go, and it definitely carries heavy here. I’ve had NO issues with office or maintenance. In fact, maintenance response to emergency work is fantastic and they are SO sweet and mannerly about it. They’ll be blunt with you on their knowledge on what needs to be fixed, and the time span it should be finished. My point is, this is a community where we all work together. If you’re not happy with something, just simply say it. But absolutely expect the same energy to return to you, as you feed it off. Put out some good communication and temper to your needs and desires, you’ll get the same in return. Thank you Pinnacle for being a sweet home to us so far ❤️

I couldn't be happier here. Monica runs this place so incredibly well and all her staff members are friendly and most helpful. For maintenance, Isaac is, bar none, the best! It seems he can do anything, and he does it always with a friendly smile. Like me, he comes from Virginia, a state that boasts gentle, hard-working people! The apartment itself is cozy and has a good flow to it, and I've been so proud to show it off to my friends...even during the pandemic. Speaking of that, I haven't been able to meet too many people here yet, but I look forward to hanging out by the pool more once the weather warms up a bit more and attending the social events as they become available. There's great convenience here too. I am within walking distance of places to eat and shop. Walgreens is just down the hill as is a Circle K. The pet groomer I use is also close by, and it's only a short drive to the supermarket, more restaurants, cleaners, a UPS store, Gadabout!! and Piazza Gavi, one of the best Italian restaurants in Tucson. I used to live downtown, and I certainly do not miss the traffic noise, especially emergency vehicles, sirens sounding, speeding by several times a day. It's peaceful out here, and the night sky is incredibly beautiful.

I moved into my apartment here at Pinnacle Heights in Sept of last year and I am soooo glad I chose this complex. After all of the research in the area, this complex was absolutely the biggest bang for the buck! The apartments are very spacious, and the staff is fantastic and very helpful. Isaac with the maintenance staff is the most kind and considerate guy; always professional and does go above and beyond to make sure whatever is broken is fixed. The view is incredible and if you like hiking, Sabino Canyon is right down the street. Everything you need is right here too; gas, Walgreens, pizza, nails and the beer & wine garden. I work remotely now and the area is quiet and calm. The neighbors are all very friendly and the community is diverse from singles to families. I also love the events that the complex puts on. It really is in the spirit of the community, which I love. I can totally say I would recommend living here!

I rented a Pinnacle Heights apartment in Tucson for 4 years and LOVED coming home to this beautiful place! The Pinnacle Heights Apartments are well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the views from the property and many of the apartments are amazing. These apartments are on a hill looking north with stunning views of the Catalina Mountains, the same basic views as the world class Canyon Ranch resort only about one mile away. Living here was a wonderful way to experience the desert Southwest with the beautiful cactus, a curious Roadrunner who lived near my apartment and hikes along the creek in nearby Sabino Canyon. I mentioned the staff is very friendly and that includes the manager, Monica, and assistant manager, Sabrina, who make this a friendly community. Now, one reviewer has claimed tenants are paid for positive reviews. I don't believe that. I have not been paid anything for this positive review. This is my sincere assessment of what it's like to live at Pinnacle Heights. Five stars from me!

My husband and I moved to Pinnacle Heights the last November (4 month ago) and the experience until now it's being really good. The staff is very diligent, professional and willing to help. Maintenance is also very good. Isaac came several times to our house to solve maintenance problems, very fast and professional, with mask and respecting social distancing. If you are lookin for a beautiful community with people that have beautiful personalities and worth ethic, Pinnacle Heights is the spot for you. Everything I ask for gets done immediately, and I would say this is the best "Bang for your Buck" apartments, especially the upgraded Platinum apartments. If you like a quite area, this location is ideal. Friendly and helpful staff? The best! Amenities? Top notch. Pinnacle Heights is a little more on the pricy side compared to other apartments around Tucson, but I assure you its worth it. I lived or been in what seems like every apartment complex in the Tucson area, and PH is by far the best. Located in Catalina foothills, you a get a fantastic view of the mountains, and get to see a little more of the Arizona native wild life. The only downside I've personally noticed from living here is that with the buildings being on a slop, there are quite a few stairs for most apartments, even some on the 1st floor. This can make moving heavy furniture just that much harder, but overall it was worth the extra work. There is less traffic out on the roads, which means a nice place for some outside exercise. There is a Circle K and a Walgreens, that are walking distances from the apartments which is very convenient if you don't want to drive across town for one small thing. There is a beer and wine garden about a mile down the road from complex which is awesome! There is so much more I could say, but I don't want to beat a dead horse here. It's not a Pinnacle Height, its a pinnacle home. Move to Pinnacle Heights to get away from the Tucson crackhead street fights. Move here or live in fear. I hope this helps! :)

To anyone of interest, I was being dumb and accidently locked myself out of storage unit, and had one of the Maintenance guys come and help me. This particular maintenance guy's name was Issac. Let me tell you, Issac is the best in the game. He came and helped me out and showed that he is epitome of professionalism. It was a simple fix but my man Issac fixed my problem in about 5 minutes. He was very polite, quick, friendly, efficient, and a master at his craft. He wore is mask the whole time (if that's a concern for you), did his work, kept me updated and informed me what he did, and put installed preventative measures so that it wont happen again. I dont know Issac personally, and I'm doing this review unprompted, but he is worth a review for himself. Issac is a prime example of the staff here at Pinnacle Heights. Pinnacle Heights, if your reading this, give this man a raise!!! Review of the Apartment complex to come..

I have lived here almost two years now and by FAR is one of the best places and most enjoyable places I ever lived. And that's saying a lot for I have lived at the Jersey shore, New England, Vegas, Southern California and even the U.S Virgin Islands. This place is beautiful, extremely quietwith two pools main one heated and hot tub, bran new gym they just did last year all bran new. On top of all that what I really really really appreciate is the staff. Monica one of the head managers has been here for years always with a big smile she knows how to take care of people and with all her experience being her she knows everything you would need., hats off as well to all the rest of office staff there awsome. There tec/maitenace guys can do everything. Issac has been at our place twice would give him 10 stars, fixed lights, put in a new microwave, fixed electrical and saved the company from having to order a new dishwasher, we thought it was shot nope Issac did a few things made some recommendations and it works like new. Pinnacle Heights don't let that guy get away. Also hats of to Nick, did some great work and took care of our needs. Love it here, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Pinnacle Heights couldn't be happier. Oh also they fun stuff for us monthly event or every month or so, food trucks come here, movie night in the club house, fun compitions with prize's, give out Halloween candy, snack bags sometime ect it's great that they do that. If your looking for a new place to live look no further..........

So I haven’t moved in yet but am scheduled to soon and I’m soooooo excited!! The staff here have been nothing short of amazing during this whole process! I went in back in October to view the property and fell in love! Was all set to move in November and had a few life things happen all at once so I had to postpone my move in. The staff was super understanding and worked with my wants and needs throughout this entire process! I am so excited to finally be able to call this place home! The views are breathtaking every which way you look, the pool is stunning, and the gym is super nice too and that’s not even talking about the apartments themselves. The apartments are super spacious and just all around beautiful! As I stated before, I can’t wait to call this place home and a giant thank you to the staff for understanding life happens and still worked with me to get me into the apartment of my dreams! Isaac from Maintenance came by this morning to fix our kitchen ceiling light. When he was done, he asked if we had any other issues in the apartment. I told him that we have been having a problem with a shower handle for the past several months, but no one here had been able to fix it. Isaac diagnosed the problem immediately, went and got the needed part to fix it, and had in done within 20 minutes. He also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he addressed it. To top it off, he noticed that our front door wasn't closing properly, and took the time to fix it on the spot. This is the type of customer service that you hope for in these situations, but do not always get. It is also the type of service that raises residents' satisfaction levels considerably. Pinnacle Heights is fortunate to have Isaac on staff.

I have lived at Pinnacle Heights since 2015. I moved here because of the location near Sabino Canyon and the overall sense of community here in this area. Even though they have undergone a change in management it is still a great place to live. Monica the manager has been very professional throughout the the transition and she is making great improvements to the property. We also have a beautiful workout center and clubhouse. Cassandra and Tony are also very professional and helpful and have made my experience here top notch! The maintenance department get my requests handled in a timely fashion. There have been some challenges and minor inconveniences due to Covid but we have followed all the guidelines. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in beautiful community close to Sabino Canyon.

I moved into Pinnacle Heights more than a year ago from Washington state. I absolutely love living here because the staff is so attentive to my needs. Last year when COVID 19 hit I had to start working from home. I love the fact that it is very quiet and peaceful here which allows me to focus more on my work. The one challenge I have is not having access to the gym in the evening because it closes after business hours. Otherwise, I couldn't think of a better place to live in Tucson and will recommend this place to anyone I come across who is looking for a place to live.

**EDIT: my husband and I are now entering our 7th year here. Yes it’s still gorgeous-I have never seen mountains so close-and staff is still communicative (if not more) and maintenance is remains great. But none of that encompasses the kindness, generosity, and patience of the office staff: Monica Strozier Community Manager, Anaya Alvarez Assistant Manger, and Hadi Leasing Consultant. My husband is ill and can no longer go up steps very easily. However we did not want to leave Pinnacle. They not only agreed to transferring us to a ground level but made the process seamless; all while holding my hand or sometimes a hug :) I have known Monica since she helped us relocate here from Denver. She is always professional and knowledgeable while being affable and sweet. We have had other office staff over the years but Anaya and Hadi are by far the best! I’ve never met such warm and caring people. Monica and Anaya have suffered through all the kinks of my applying with humor and persistence. I moved in recently and my experience has been super positive! The staff was friendly and hands on in showing me the units (where as a lot of housing companies are utilizing a very absent process where they email you the address and expect you to see yourself out) but they also maintained social distancing protocol and wore masks. The landscaping is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the units are spacious and well kept despite being 25 years old. I would have thought that these units were built in the last 10 years personally. There’s no frustrating gates but the community feels very safe and the staff is quick and efficient with repairs. The view is also quiet beautiful as well as the architecture of the buildings. Highly recommend this property.

I am so very happy in my new apartment at Pinnacle Heights! I moved in to my apartment last month and it was in pristine condition. In fact, my entire renting process was a seamless, professional experience by the wonderful management team here. I had originally needed a 2 bedroom, and then needed to switch to a 1; they went with the flow and always provided customer service beyond expectations. The pool, clubhouse, and all common grounds are impeccably maintained. My neighborhood community is the best. I could not have found a better home.

I picked Pinnacle Heights because it is so pretty and well constructed and also based on my interaction with Monica and Tony, who work in the office. I have visited many apartments over the past weeks, and these folks by far were the most friendly, professional and authentic. Tony let me come right over, when I called, though it was getting late in the day. Monica spent a great deal of time with me. She was so particularly kind-hearted that it really helped me make my decision. Their service allowed me to see the climate of Pinnacle Heights. Really wonderful people. The apartments are very pretty and spacious.

I love living at Pinnacle Heights! I have been living at this property since 2013. During that time I have seen a lot of changes. There have been several upgrades to the property, like the clubhouse and fitness center. There has been a challenge lately, however. It has been difficult not having access to the pool and fitness center over the last couple of months because of the COVID 19 pandemic. Although the manager Monica has done an outstanding job keeping us informed and I am confident that they are doing their best to get things back up and running for us. I plan on staying for many more years to come and I highly recommend living here.

I'm relocating across country and the staff at Pinnacle Heights have been really great every step of the way so far. I had made prior arrangements with another rental community that had made a mistake about availability which would have required a two week hotel stay. I called Pinnacle Heights and within two hours I was pretty much all sorted out with exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. Tony and Cassandra have provided exceptional customer service each and every time I've reached out to them. The apartment was completely renovated and the location is ridiculously beautiful. Based on my experience thus far i am looking forward to moving in!

I have lived at Pinnacle Heights since 2016. I moved here because of the location near Sabino Canyon and the overall sense of community here in this area. Even though they have recently undergone a change in management it is still a great place to live. I'm really glad that Monica stayed on as Assistant Manager through the the transition. She is a familiar face and we trust her. She really cares. I have also noticed that my maintenance requests have been taken care of a lot quicker than they had been previously. Before it would take almost a week to get my requests handled. I haven't formally met the property manager yet but from what I can see she is making great improvements to the property. There have been some challenges and minor inconveniences, however. For example, I use the fitness center quite frequently. But have lost access to that for the next few months due to renovations. I will have to make other arrangements to workout until the construction is completed. I hope the wait is worth it. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in beautiful community close to Sabino Canyon.

I lived here for 2 years, and for a vast majority of the time it was great living. The rent has gone up since I left about 4 months ago, although if you can afford it, then you're sure to have an easy life here. Probably the best part is that it's in a great area. Several times, I forgot to close my door all the way and the wind would blow it open, and it would be left open over night, and nothing bad ever happened. The other tenants seemed like good people. There's ample parking. The staff (at least, the ones who were there 5 months ago) were great. The fitness room seemed a bit lacking, as it didn't have any adjustable weights that you'd normally use for deadlifts, squats etc. They always asked for permission to enter before entering (at least as far as I know :P). I could sometimes faintly hear people from other units through the walls, but that's probably about as good as you can get from any given apartment. The only maintenance issues I ever had maintenance responded to very quickly. There were some ants and loud crickets that got into my unit, which was annoying to deal with for a few days. I could have asked the management team for help but I was able to solve the pest issues myself. That was about the worst that ever happened for pest issues.

Such a nice place to live. Location is unbeatable. Office and maintenance staff are always helpful and pleasant. They're making big renovations all over the complex, newly remodeled apartments. I really notice the attention to detail, facilities are always clean and neat, that's the biggest indicator that the people working here really care.

Background: I lived at Pinnacle Heights for six months before cutting my lease short due to a military deployment. I rented a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that overlooked the smaller of the complexes two pools. Management: The management team was polite, courteous, and responsive, and knew my name. The maintenance staff was very responsive, with a turnover time of less than 24 hours. My heater broke just as it was starting to get pretty cold at night and they had it fixed within 12 hours of my work request. Apartment: My two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. I rented a second floor apartment that overlooked the smaller pool. It was one of the older apartments that had not yet undergone upgrades. The appliances were pretty old, particularly the washer and dryer, but I worked out an agreement with the management to let me use my own washer and dryer, so long as I stored theirs. The washer and dryer both fit inside the huge master bedroom closet with plenty of space to spare. Amenities: I don't swim, so I didn't use the pools, but they are well maintained and look fantastic. I frequented the fitness center a few times a week. The fitness machines are a decent; I was really happy that there is a spin bike, but it'd be nice if they had a Stairmaster or two. The extremely high ceilings would certainly accommodate them. Environment: The complex itself is well maintained with plenty of trees and flowers and grass, which is landscaped on a regular basis. Because of the way the complex is built into a valley between two large hills, the buildings themselves are not all on the same level. The topography doesn't allow for much connectivity for the sidewalks, but it's not too difficult to get around. The view from the management office is incredible and makes me wish I had been able to rent an apartment closer to the entrance, which slopes steeply downward toward Snyder Road. Parking: Parking is probably one of the very few things about the complex that I found annoying. You get assigned one space (or a garage if your apartment comes with that), but the assigned parking is not located directly in front of your building. My parking spot was located in front of a different building around the corner from mine. Safety/Security: The complex is very quiet and I didn't notice any disturbances while I was there. A sheriff's deputy lives in the complex and is quick to respond to incidents. All in all, the complex seems very safe. Part of that is simply the secluded location of the complex, which is about a mile south of Sabino Canyon. My only complaint is that it's difficult to walk up and down the hill from Snyder Road because there isn't a sidewalk or stairs. Conclusion: I enjoyed my time at Pinnacle Heights and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We lived there for a year after moving to Tucson from Seattle. What a beautiful complex! The units are well laid out, excellent staff and responsive. Perfect location, as you can enjoy the vistas of the Catalina's and Sabino Canyon. We only moved as the new tenants below us that moved in were serious chain smokers and our entire 2nd floor unit smelled of cigarettes. Besides that, we loved living there.

Beautiful grounds and apartments. I live upstairs and have a gorgeous view. There are 4 people below me and I don't hear a thing! Maintenance is excellent and very responsive to my needs. The office staff were most helpful to me and when the sale of my house fell through and I had to postpone my move. They worked with me to find another apartment for the date I needed when I finally sold my home. Staff is courteous and professional. As large as this community is, it's very quiet. My 11 year old and I love it and we feel like we're living at a resort!

She explained the availability of the apartments in my grandma's desired floor plan and found us an one that was open in the time frame necessary for my grandma's move in date. The lantana two bedroom apartment was what my grandmother was looking for, and there was one available, which was perfect. But unfortunately my grandma could not take the apartment because there were stairs leading to the apartment and she has trouble climbing them (they were pretty steep and we also had trouble). Going back to the office, and telling Monica how disappointed we were that there were stairs, she thought outside the box and brought us to a three bedroom casita. She told us when it would be available, and it was the perfect time for my grandma's move in date! She showed us the model and it was perfect for what my grandma needed! We booked that apartment the next day because it was so perfect! You have an employee in Monica that is caring, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She is definitely an asset to your firm. She was one of the reasons we took the apartment, because she immediately made us feel at home.

The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Yes, I have found three scorpions over two years, but two of them were dead and the third was near dead. This is the desert! They offer free extermination. What else can they do? But, really, it is the staff that makes the difference.
